Easter Garden - Inside out!

Mary, Mary ... how does your garden grow?

Mary Magdalene was the first to meet the risen Jesus in the garden when she went, very early on the first Easter morning, to be close to her Lord, even in death. Instead, to her joy and amazement, she found him alive!

Traditionally, we create an Easter Garden inside our churches ready for Easter morning as we celebrate the resurrection. Last year, in Lockdown we made them outside and this year we are doing it again.

Please help make them grow, starting on Holy Saturday – 3 April 2021

Let's together create the Easter Garden with pots of flowers and plants, stones and pebbles etc – you might like to bring a pot next time you walk this way, or some flowers in a plastic container with some water, and add them to the garden.

Please keep safe as you do this and observe social distancing at all times. You might also help by bringing along a bottle of water to refresh the plants and flowers and see how they grow as you pass on your daily walk or way to work.
