The Church of St. John the Baptist is a beautiful Grade 2 listed building that dates from the mid 13th Century but had rebuilding and restoration work in 1849.

It is a small country Church in Chelveston which is entered through the porch on the South side.
Internally it is simply furnished and has space, not only for services but also for social events. This is helped by it having a servery.

The churchyard contains thousands of snowdrops and visitors come from miles around to see them at the height of their season at the Annual Snowdrop Weekend.
